Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects neuron navigator 3 (gene NAV3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
Neuron navigator 3 (NAV3) is a microtubule-associated protein of the navigator family, related to C. elegans unc-53. It contributes to microtubule organization and cell migration, including neurite outgrowth, and it is studied in neural development and cancer.

Immunogen
Recombinant human NAV3 fragment (Lys9–Asp1417), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 91.9%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places neuron navigator 3 in the nucleus outer membrane and cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Present in activated T-cells but not in resting T-cells (at protein level).
