Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes nuclear receptor coactivator 2 (gene NCOA2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NCOA2 (also known as TIF2 or GRIP1) is a p160 family coactivator that enhances transcription by steroid and other nuclear receptors through their ligand-dependent AF-2 domain. Beyond hormone signaling, it contributes to glucose metabolism, the balance between white and brown fat and the circadian clock, and it is investigated in endocrinology and metabolic research.
