Product Overview
Clone 27N52 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes protein NDRG3 in human samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 41.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 45 kDa.
NDRG3 is a member of the N-myc downstream-regulated gene (NDRG) family of α/β-hydrolase fold proteins, which lack enzyme activity. Its function has not been fully characterized.
