Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 75 kDa subunit, mitochondrial (gene NDUFS1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NDUFS1 is the 75 kDa core subunit of mitochondrial complex I, the first enzyme of the respiratory chain. Located in the peripheral arm, it carries iron-sulfur clusters that relay electrons from NADH toward ubiquinone, and it is required for complex I activity, stability and its association with complex III in supercomplexes.
