Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects NADH dehydrogenase (gene NDUFS3) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NDUFS3 is a core subunit of mitochondrial complex I (NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase), the entry point for electrons from NADH into the respiratory chain. It is needed for both the activity and assembly of the complex and is frequently used as a complex I marker in Western blot.

Recombinant human NDUFS3 fragment (Arg26–Lys264), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 90.4%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places NADH dehydrogenase in the mitochondrion inner membrane.
