Product Overview
Clone 20N15 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes nectin-2 (gene NECTIN2) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 57.7 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 62–75 kDa.
Nectin-2 (NECTIN2, CD112) is an immunoglobulin superfamily adhesion protein that also regulates T-cell and NK cell activity. Binding to CD226 (DNAM-1) delivers an activating signal, whereas binding to PVRIG or TIGIT is inhibitory, which has made it a target of interest in immuno-oncology research.
