Product Overview
Clone 22N82 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes neuronatin (gene NNAT) in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 9.2 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 9 kDa.
Neuronatin (NNAT) is a small membrane proteolipid of the endoplasmic reticulum encoded by an imprinted, paternally expressed gene. It is abundant in the developing brain and pituitary and may act as a regulatory subunit of ion channels. It is studied in brain development, imprinting and metabolic regulation, including insulin secretion.
