Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects interleukin enhancer-binding factor 2 (gene ILF2) in human, mouse, rat and monkey samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 43.1 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 43 kDa.
NF45 (encoded by ILF2) is a nuclear RNA-binding protein that forms a stable heterodimer with NF90/ILF3. The NF45–NF90 complex influences transcription, mRNA stability and cell cycle progression, and it takes part in antiviral responses. NF45 is studied in gene regulation, cell proliferation and host–virus interactions.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse, rat and monkey. UniProt places interleukin enhancer-binding factor 2 in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
