Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects 60S ribosome subunit biogenesis protein NIP7 homolog in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NIP7 is a nucleolar protein conserved from yeast to humans that takes part in ribosome biogenesis. It is needed for processing of pre-rRNA and assembly of the 60S ribosomal subunit.

Recombinant human NIP7 fragment (Glu14–Thr180), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 97.6% and 97%, respectively.
