Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets notchless protein homolog 1 (gene NLE1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Notchless homolog 1 (NLE1) is a WD-repeat protein that modulates Notch signaling and influences expression of CDKN1A and several Wnt pathway genes. It is also involved in ribosome biogenesis, and mouse studies show it is required for survival of the inner cell mass in the early embryo.
