Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 2 (gene NLRP2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
NLRP2 is a member of the NLRP family that is highly expressed in oocytes and early embryos. It is a component of the cytoplasmic lattices that store maternal proteins needed after fertilization and belongs to the subcortical maternal complex. It is studied in early embryonic development, genomic imprinting and female fertility.

The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 2 in the cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed at high levels in lung, placenta and thymus and at lower levels in ovary, intestine and brain.
