Product Overview
Clone 30N95 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes N-myc-interactor (gene NMI) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 35.1 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 38 kDa.
N-myc interactor (NMI) is an interferon-inducible protein that binds STAT transcription factors. After IL-2 or interferon-γ stimulation it helps recruit the coactivators CBP/p300 to STAT1 and STAT5, enhancing their transcriptional activity, and it also modulates innate antiviral signaling. It is studied in cytokine signaling and immune responses.
