Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects nucleolar protein 11 (gene NOL11) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
Nucleolar protein 11 (NOL11) is a ribosome biogenesis factor that associates with the small subunit processome. It supports transcription of ribosomal DNA and early cleavage steps of pre-rRNA that lead to the 40S subunit, and it is studied in nucleolar function and ribosome assembly.

Immunogen
Recombinant human NOL11 fragment (Asp32–Lys626), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 75.6%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places nucleolar protein 11 in the nucleus.
