Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets polynucleotide 5'-hydroxyl-kinase NOL9 in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NOL9 is a polynucleotide 5′-kinase that phosphorylates 5′-hydroxyl ends of RNA and DNA. In the nucleolus it is needed to process the 32S pre-rRNA, particularly within internal transcribed spacer 2, to produce mature 5.8S and 28S rRNAs. It is studied in ribosome biogenesis and 60S subunit maturation.
