Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes NADPH oxidase activator 1 (gene NOXA1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
NOX activator 1 (NOXA1) is a cytosolic regulatory protein related to p67phox that switches on NOX1 to produce superoxide. It can also support NOX3 and NOX2 activity. NOXA1 is studied in reactive oxygen species signaling in colon epithelium and blood vessels.
