Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes nebulin-related-anchoring protein (gene NRAP) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
Nebulin-related anchoring protein (NRAP) is an actin-binding protein of striated muscle found at myotendinous junctions in skeletal muscle and intercalated discs in heart muscle. It is thought to anchor terminal actin filaments of myofibrils to the membrane and help transmit force, and it is studied in myofibril assembly and cardiomyopathy.
