Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (gene NFE2L2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NRF2 (NFE2L2) is a CNC-bZIP transcription factor that controls the cellular antioxidant response. Under normal conditions KEAP1 targets it for degradation, but oxidative or electrophilic stress stabilizes NRF2, which then binds antioxidant response elements to induce detoxifying and cytoprotective genes, making it central to redox biology.
