Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets neurturin (gene NRTN) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ELISA.
Neurturin (NRTN) is a GDNF-family neurotrophic factor. It binds the co-receptor GFRα2 and activates the RET receptor tyrosine kinase, supporting survival of sympathetic, parasympathetic and enteric neurons as well as dopaminergic neurons. It is studied in peripheral nervous system development and in models of Parkinson disease.
