Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets 5-cytosine rRNA methyltransferase NSUN4 in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
NSUN4 is a mitochondrial RNA methyltransferase that forms 5-methylcytosine in mitochondrial 12S rRNA and other RNAs. Together with MTERF4 it also helps assemble the mitochondrial ribosome, and it is studied in mitochondrial translation and oxidative phosphorylation.
