Boster Bio Anti-NTH1 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody catalog # M03207. Tested in WB, IHC, ICC/IF applications. This antibody reacts with Human.
Protein: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 zeta chain | Gene: Glutamine synthetase | Target: NTHL1 | Function: This enzyme has 2 functions: it catalyzes the production of glutamine and 4-aminobutanoate (gamma-aminobutyric acid, GABA), the latter in a pyridoxal phosphate-independent manner (By similarity). Essential for proliferation of fetal skin fibroblasts. . | Research areas: Cell Type Markers,Tags & Cell Markers,Tumor Associated
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Monoclonal / Clone: 30N17 | Isotype: IgG | Reactivity: Human | Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human NTH1 | Concentration: 0.5mg/ml | Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Applications: WB, IHC, IF, ICC
Observed MW: 34 kDa | Calculated MW: 42064 MW
Cellular localization: Cytoplasm. Mitochondrion .
Tissue details: In fetal tissues, highly expressed in brain, detectable in lung and liver, but not in kidney. In adult tissues, expressed ubiquitously in the brain, detectable in the heart, liver, spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine and colon. The type A isoforms seem to be expressed predominantly in fetal brain whereas type B isoforms are expressed abundantly in both fetal and adult brain. .
Status: Active
Customization & Add-ons: Can’t find the antibody you need—or require a custom format for your assay? We can help you source the best match or support custom antibody solutions for diverse research needs, including species and isotype selection, conjugations and labeling (e.g., HRP/AP, biotin, fluorophores), purification grade options (Protein A/G, affinity purified), formulation preferences (buffer selection, carrier-free, glycerol-free), custom concentrations and aliquoting, low-endotoxin options for cell-based work, and application-focused QC/validation support (project dependent).
