Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects NAD-capped RNA hydrolase NUDT12 in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NUDT12 is a Nudix hydrolase that removes the non-canonical NAD cap from the 5′ end of certain mRNAs, producing NMN and 5′-monophosphate RNA. Because NAD-capped transcripts tend to be degraded, NUDT12 is studied in RNA decay and metabolic control of gene expression, including responses to nutrient stress.
