Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets peroxisomal coenzyme A diphosphatase NUDT7 in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
NUDT7 is a peroxisomal Nudix hydrolase that cleaves coenzyme A and acyl-CoA esters, favoring medium-chain and bile acid CoA esters. It helps control peroxisomal CoA levels and is studied in liver lipid metabolism and fatty acid oxidation.

Recombinant human NUDT7 fragment (Met1–Leu238), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 67.2%.

The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places peroxisomal coenzyme A diphosphatase NUDT7 in the peroxisome. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed in liver, kidney, pancreas, pituitary, small intestine, spleen, heart and placenta.
