Product Overview
Clone AOGI-14 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes protein numb homolog in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 70.8 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 37–71 kDa.
Numb (NUMB) is a conserved endocytic adaptor that controls cell fate decisions, most famously by antagonizing Notch signaling. It is asymmetrically inherited during neural progenitor division and also regulates clathrin-mediated endocytosis and p53 stability, making it a topic in neurogenesis, stem cell biology and cancer.
