Product Overview
Clone ABGF-14 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes nuclear receptor subfamily 4immunitygroup A member 1 (gene NR4A1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 64.5 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 64 kDa.
Nur77 (NR4A1) is an immediate-early orphan nuclear receptor rapidly induced by growth factors, stress and T-cell receptor signaling. It binds NBRE elements to regulate transcription and can also act outside the nucleus. Nur77 is studied in T-cell selection, apoptosis, macrophage inflammation and metabolism, and its expression is a common reporter of antigen receptor signaling.
