Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes OCIA domain-containing protein 2 (gene OCIAD2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
OCIAD2 is a mitochondrial protein containing an OCIA domain. It is required for assembly of respiratory chain complex III and has been linked to STAT3 activation and cell migration.

Immunogen
Recombinant human OCIAD2 fragment (Ala6–Lys138), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 87.8%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places OCIA domain-containing protein 2 in the endosome, mitochondrion and mitochondrion inner membrane.
