Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets deubiquitinase OTUD6B in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
OTUD6B is a deubiquitinase of the OTU family that has been linked to the control of protein synthesis downstream of mTORC1. Its two isoforms appear to have opposite effects on translation and cell growth, and the protein is studied in work on ubiquitin signaling, translation control and cell proliferation.
