Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets pannexin-3 (gene PANX3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Pannexin-3 (PANX3) is a pannexin channel protein expressed in skin, cartilage and bone. It can release ATP and act as an endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ channel, and is studied for its role in osteoblast and chondrocyte differentiation.

Immunogen
Recombinant human PANX3 fragment (Met1–Pro392), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 89% and 91.6%, respectively.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places pannexin-3 in the cell membrane, cell junction and endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
