Boster Bio Anti-PARG Antibody Picoband® catalog # A04301-1. Tested in WB, ICC/IF, Flow Cytometry, ELISA applications. This antibody reacts with Human. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.
Scientific background: Poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase (PARG) is the major enzyme responsible for the catabolism of poly(ADP-ribose), a reversible covalent-modifier of chromosomal proteins. The protein is found in many tissues and may be subject to proteolysis generating smaller, active products. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
Protein: Poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase | Gene: poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase | Target: PARG
