Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets protocadherin alpha-11 (gene PCDHA11) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
Protocadherin α-11 (PCDHA11) belongs to the clustered protocadherins, Ca2+-dependent adhesion proteins encoded in tandem gene arrays. Different neurons express different combinations of these isoforms, which is thought to help neurons tell self from non-self and wire correctly.
