Boster Bio Anti-PDE4A Antibody catalog # A02714-1. Tested in IHC, IF applications. This antibody reacts with Human.
Scientific background: The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE) family, and PDE4 subfamily. This PDE hydrolyzes the second messenger, cAMP, which is a regulator and mediator of a number of cellular responses to extracellular signals. Thus, by regulating the cellular concentration of cAMP, this protein plays a key role in many important physiological processes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
Protein: 3',5'-cyclic-AMP phosphodiesterase 4A | Gene: phosphodiesterase 4A | Target: PDE4A
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Polyclonal | Isotype: Rabbit IgG | Reactivity: Human | Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human PDE4A. Human PDE4A shares 100% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with both mouse and rat PDE4A. | Concentration: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml. | Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Applications: WB, IHC, IF, ICC, ELISA
Status: Active
