Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PDZ and LIM domain protein 4 (gene PDLIM4) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
PDLIM4 (RIL) is a PDZ-LIM family protein that binds α-actinin and helps organize actin stress fibers. It also helps switch off active SRC by promoting its dephosphorylation, and in neurons it links AMPA receptors to the actin cytoskeleton to guide their trafficking to synapses. It is studied in cytoskeletal regulation and cancer.
