Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase Jade-2 (gene JADE2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 87.5 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 120 kDa.
Jade-2 (JADE2, also PHF15) is a PHD finger protein that acts as a scaffold subunit of HBO1 histone acetyltransferase complexes. It has also been reported to act as an E3 ubiquitin ligase that targets the histone demethylase LSD1 (KDM1A) for degradation, influencing neural differentiation.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human A431 cells, human A549 cells, human SiHa cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
