Product Overview
Clone 32E52 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes EIF4EBP1/EIF4EBP2/EIF4EBP3 phosphorylated at Thr46 in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC.
| Target | EIF4EBP1/EIF4EBP2/EIF4EBP3 (UniProt Q13541/Q13542/O60516) — phosphorylated at Thr46 |

| Storage | Long term: −20 °C for up to 12 months. Frequent use: 4 °C for up to 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. |
Validated Applications
| Western blot | 1:500–1:2000 |
|---|---|
| Immunohistochemistry | 1:50–1:200 |
Conditions in the example images (WB): 12% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 1:500 overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Immunogen
Synthetic phosphopeptide around Thr46 of human eIF4EBP1/2/3++.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human and mouse. Because the antibody is phospho-specific, signal depends on the phosphorylation state of the sample; a phosphatase-treated lysate is a useful negative control.
