Immunogen
Synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Phospho-PAK4 + PAK5 + PAK6 (S474 + S560 + S602).
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls. Because the antibody is phospho-specific, signal depends on the phosphorylation state of the sample; a phosphatase-treated lysate is a useful negative control.
