Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes 14 kDa phosphohistidine phosphatase (gene PHPT1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
PHPT1 is a small phosphatase that removes phosphate groups from phosphorylated histidine residues, a less studied type of protein phosphorylation in mammalian cells. It is used as a tool and research target in efforts to understand how histidine phosphorylation is regulated.
