Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PTB-containing, cubilin and LRP1-interacting protein (gene PID1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
PID1 (also called NYGGF4) is a cytoplasmic protein with a phosphotyrosine-binding domain that interacts with LRP1. It has been linked to preadipocyte proliferation and insulin signaling in adipose tissue, though its mechanisms are still being clarified.
