Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets serine/threonine-protein kinase N3 (gene PKN3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
PKN3 is a PKC-related serine/threonine kinase that acts downstream of PI3K and Rho GTPases. It has been linked to growth and invasiveness of prostate and other cancer cells and to endothelial cell function, and it has been explored as a target in cancer research.

Recombinant human PKN3 fragment (Glu2–Pro889), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 83.7%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places serine/threonine-protein kinase N3 in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed in prostate tumors and various cancer cell lines.
