Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects putative aminopeptidase PLBD2 in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
PLBD2 (phospholipase B domain-containing protein 2) is a lysosomal protein annotated as a putative aminopeptidase. Its natural substrates and physiological function have not been fully characterized.

Recombinant human PLBD2 fragment (Gln108–Gln525), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 88% and 87.1%, respectively.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places putative aminopeptidase PLBD2 in the lysosome lumen. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Ubiquitously expressed, with highest levels in heart, brain and liver.
