Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects 1-phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate phosphodiesterase delta-3 (gene PLCD3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
PLCD3 (PLCδ3) is a Ca2+-sensitive phospholipase C that produces IP3 and diacylglycerol from PI(4,5)P2. Studies in mice show that it works together with PLCδ1 in placental development, and it has been implicated in cytokinesis and in forming intestinal microvilli.

The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places 1-phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate phosphodiesterase delta-3 in the cell membrane, cytoplasm and cleavage furrow. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Present in corneal epithelial cells (at protein level).
