Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects inactive phospholipase D5 (gene PLD5) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA.
PLD5 is a member of the phospholipase D family that lacks key catalytic residues and is predicted to be enzymatically inactive. Its function has not been characterized.

The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places inactive phospholipase D5 in the membrane.
