Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes plastin-3 (gene PLS3) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
Plastin-3 (T-plastin) is an actin-bundling protein expressed in most solid tissues. PLS3 mutations cause X-linked osteoporosis, and higher PLS3 expression can protect against spinal muscular atrophy, so it is studied in bone biology and motor neuron disease.
