Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes plexin-B2 (gene PLXNB2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Plexin-B2 is a cell surface receptor for class 4 semaphorins such as SEMA4C and SEMA4D. It activates RhoA signaling and influences neural tube development, neuronal migration, excitatory synapse formation and cell migration, and it is studied in brain development and tumor invasion.

Immunogen
Recombinant human PLXNB2 fragment (Glu400–Glu866), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 81%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places plexin-B2 in the cell membrane.
