Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets plexin-C1 (gene PLXNC1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Plexin-C1 is the receptor for semaphorin 7A and for semaphorin-like proteins encoded by poxviruses and herpesviruses. Expressed on immune cells, it influences cytoskeletal rearrangement, cell migration and cytokine release, and it is studied in inflammation and melanocyte biology.
