Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects pogo transposable element with ZNF domain (gene POGZ) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
POGZ is a zinc-finger nuclear protein with a domain related to pogo transposases. It associates with heterochromatin protein HP1 (CBX5) and contributes to kinetochore assembly, sister chromatid cohesion and proper chromosome segregation in mitosis, and it supports homologous recombination repair. POGZ variants are linked to neurodevelopmental disorders.
