Product Overview

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets DNA-directed RNA polymerase III subunit RPC6 (gene POLR3F) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.

POLR3F (RPC6) is a subunit specific to RNA polymerase III, which transcribes tRNAs, 5S rRNA and other small RNAs. It is part of a trimer that coordinates structural changes of Pol III as it moves from initiation to elongation. Pol III also acts as a cytosolic DNA sensor in antiviral innate immunity.
