Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects DNA-directed RNA polymerase III subunit RPC7-like (gene POLR3GL) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 25.3 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 24 kDa.
POLR3GL is a subunit of RNA polymerase III, closely related to POLR3G. Pol III produces small untranslated RNAs such as tRNAs and 5S ribosomal RNA. POLR3GL is thought to form alternative Pol III complexes and is studied in cell differentiation and Pol III biology.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human K562 cells, human Jurkat cells, human HEL cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Conditions in the example images (WB): 5–20% gradient SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Samples with confirmed staining (ICC/IF): A549 cells.
Immunogen
Recombinant human POLR3GL fragment (Arg8–Lys156), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places DNA-directed RNA polymerase III subunit RPC7-like in the nucleus. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Widely expressed. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
