Clone 30P58 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2A 56 kDa regulatory subunit epsilon isoform (gene PPP2R5E) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 54.7 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 50 kDa.
PPP2R5E (B56ε) is a B′-family regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 2A. Like other B56 subunits, it is thought to steer PP2A to specific substrates and subcellular sites, and it has been studied in developmental signaling and cancer.
