Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2B catalytic subunit gamma isoform (gene PPP3CC) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Calcineurin Aγ (PPP3CC) is a catalytic subunit of calcineurin that is expressed mainly in testis. Like the other isoforms, it is a Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent phosphatase that dephosphorylates targets such as NFAT proteins. It is studied in calcium signaling and sperm function.
