Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes prospero homeobox protein 2 (gene PROX2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
PROX2 is a prospero-related homeobox transcription regulator and a close relative of PROX1. It appears to be dispensable for embryonic development and survival in mice, and its specific biological functions have not been fully characterized.

Immunogen
Recombinant human PROX2 fragment (Arg104–Glu438), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 56.7%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places prospero homeobox protein 2 in the nucleus.
