Boster Bio Anti-PRPF31 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody catalog # M03137. Tested in WB, ICC/IF, Flow Cytometry applications. This antibody reacts with Human.
Protein: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 zeta chain | Gene: Clathrin heavy chain 1 | Target: PRPF31 | Function: Clathrin is the major protein of the polyhedral coat of coated pits and vesicles. Two different adapter protein complexes link the clathrin lattice either to the plasma membrane or to the trans-Golgi network. | Research areas: Cardiovascular,Neuroscience,Neurotransmission,Vasculature
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Monoclonal / Clone: 29P97 | Isotype: IgG | Reactivity: Human | Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human PRPF31 | Concentration: 0.5mg/ml | Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Applications: WB, IF, ICC, FC
Observed MW: 60 kDa | Calculated MW: 191615 MW
Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic vesicle membrane ; Peripheral membrane protein ; Cytoplasmic side . Membrane, coated pit ; Peripheral membrane protein ; Cytoplasmic side . Melanosome . Cytoplasmic face of coated pits and vesicles. Identified by mass spectrometry in melanosome fractions from stage I to stage IV.
Tissue details: In fetal tissues, highly expressed in brain, detectable in lung and liver, but not in kidney. In adult tissues, expressed ubiquitously in the brain, detectable in the heart, liver, spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine and colon. The type A isoforms seem to be expressed predominantly in fetal brain whereas type B isoforms are expressed abundantly in both fetal and adult brain. .
Status: Active
Customization & Add-ons: Can’t find the antibody you need—or require a custom format for your assay? We can help you source the best match or support custom antibody solutions for diverse research needs, including species and isotype selection, conjugations and labeling (e.g., HRP/AP, biotin, fluorophores), purification grade options (Protein A/G, affinity purified), formulation preferences (buffer selection, carrier-free, glycerol-free), custom concentrations and aliquoting, low-endotoxin options for cell-based work, and application-focused QC/validation support (project dependent).
